Our courteous and knowledgeable staff are available to answer questions or schedule a complimentary examination during the posted business hours. We are also available in our North Side office, please call for an appointment.

Scheduling System
Our scheduling system is set up to offer the most requested appointment times available to the greatest number of patients. We accomplish this by scheduling longer appointments during work or school days, and reserve the after-school hours for shorter appointments. This allows us to see more patients in a short period of time, and enables our patients to manage their time more efficiently.

Late Arrivals
It is important to us that we see our patients on time. Because the schedule is carefully planned, we may reschedule appointments for patients who arrive late.

Missed Appointments
We reschedule missed appointments in a timely manner. When scheduling on short notice, there are fewer appointment times available. Our greatest concern and that of most patients and or parents, is that missing appointments can add months to the total treatment time.

HouseCalls
As a courtesy to you, we extend a friendly reminder phone call on the evening before your scheduled appointment. This automated system will allow you to confirm your appointment, leave a message for us or cancel your appointment. If you are not home, HouseCalls will leave a personalized reminder for you.
